MakerFeed (hereinafter the "Company") establishes and operates the following Operating Policy so that users can use the service in a safe and trustworthy environment. This Operating Policy applies together with the Terms of Service as a detailed guideline thereunder.

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Operating Policy is to establish a sound order of use for the short-form content service provided by the Company and to protect the rights and interests of users and creators, by setting out the details concerning service operation, including content posting standards, prohibited conduct, sanctions, and reporting and handling procedures.
Article 2 (Content Posting Standards)
1. Users may post only content for which they hold the necessary rights, such as copyright, or for which they have lawfully obtained a license to use.
2. Posts must comply with applicable laws, the Terms of Service, and this Operating Policy.
3. The Company may adjust the scope of exposure of content, whether it is recommended, and similar matters, in consideration of the nature of the service and the protection of users.
Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in any of the following acts:
1. Infringing the intellectual property rights and other rights of others, such as copyright, portrait rights, and trademark rights.
2. Posting or distributing illegal or harmful information, such as obscene material, explicit adult content, content exposing the genitals or other sexually suggestive content, and sexual content targeting children and adolescents.
3. Violent or hateful expressions, or discrimination, disparagement, or harassment against a particular group.
4. Spreading false information, fraud, spam, flooding, or other acts that interfere with the operation of the service.
5. Inducing or advertising transactions in illegal goods or services.
6. Collecting, disclosing, or misappropriating others' personal information without authorization.
7. Unfairly manipulating view counts, likes, and the like by using automated programs (bots) or similar means.
8. Any other act that violates applicable laws or the Terms of Service.
All posts that violate applicable laws, including each of the items above, are subject to sanctions, and all civil and criminal legal liability arising from a post rests with the user who posted it. The Company bears no liability for the illegality of content posted by users.
Article 4 (Sanctions)
1. Where a user violates Article 3, the Company may take the following measures depending on the severity of the case:
- Making the relevant post private or deleting it
- Warning and restriction of some functions
- Temporary or permanent suspension of use
2. The Company shall notify the user, before or after the measure, of the reason for it and the method of filing an objection. However, this shall not apply where the matter is urgent or where notification is difficult under applicable laws.
3. Users may file an objection to a sanction through Customer Support, and the Company shall review it and reply with the result.
Article 5 (Reporting and Handling Procedures)
1. Where a user discovers content suspected of infringing rights or of violating this Policy, the user may report it through Customer Support or the post-reporting function.
2. Immediately upon receiving a report, the Company shall verify the facts and, where necessary, take appropriate measures such as a temporary measure (suspension of posting).
3. The Company shall notify the reporter and the parties concerned of the handling result, and shall handle reports of rights infringement in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 6 (Operation of Creators and Paid Content)
1. When registering paid content, creators must accurately disclose the content, price, and method of provision.
2. To ensure the stable operation of payment and settlement, the Company may withhold settlement or restrict the relevant account where fraudulent transactions are suspected.
3. Matters concerning refunds of paid content are governed by the separate "Refund Information."
Article 7 (Changes to the Policy)
The Company may change this Operating Policy in accordance with amendments to applicable laws or as necessary for service operation, and upon any change shall give prior notice of the effective date and the details of the change through a notice within the service.
